July marks 10 years of VELA in our community! VELA has grown and adapted so much over the years but one thing that has not changed is our "why." We are humbled, honored and energized to expand our work in the community to ensure that ALL families of children with disabilities have the knowledge, empowerment, resilience and community to thrive.
