Thank you for your interest in our VELA courses for parents of children with disabilities. Make sure to review the course options and schedule before you complete the following registration form. Your information is 100% confidential and securely protected. We do not share any of your personal or identifiable information with outside parties. All services are free of charge.

Registration for Spring 2025 Courses has closed. More information for Fall 2025 to come.

Course registration is a two-step process. You will first complete the form below. Once you complete this form, you will receive a follow-up email or text from us with an additional form to complete.

Things to keep in mind when completing this form

Make sure to choose your preferred language in the "Select Language" bar to the right of Client Information.

If you would like to register for more than one course at a time, you will need to complete another registration form. You can do so by refreshing the page after you "submit" your first registration.

We are using a new system called Community Care Link (CCL) for our registration process. You will receive an email from this system once you complete this form confirming the submission of the form.

DISCLAIMER: Although VELA provides support to any family of a child with a disability through virtual programming, some of our course content and resources may be most appropriate for Austin, and surrounding cities, and may expand Texas-wide. We will do our best to support your needs for information on a case-by-case basis if you reside outside of these geographic areas.
