Do you have a child with a disability? It can be confusing and overwhelming. Through our hands-on group courses, case management sessions, workshops and family events, VELA supports parents of children with disabilities in becoming their child's greatest expert. VELA's new strategic Plan
VELA has spent that last year creating our 2024-2028 Strategic Plan. Using an Equity Centered approach for planning and design, we now have our new Focus Areas: Be there from the Start, Grow With, Level Up, In Partnership With, Solid Foundation and Big Impact. Over the next 6-12 months, VELA will be developing the structure to implement our new strategic plan, including clear measures for success and accountability. This collaborative effort will involve our dedicated staff, board members, and the families we serve, ensuring a successful implementation plan. Read it here!
